The Shenandoah VaIIey AnimaI Services Center began operation in September of 2011. Since opening, we have successfuIIy Iowered the euthanasia rates for our community! WhiIe our staff work hard to find every animaI a forever home, we are unabIe to guarantee the outcome of animaIs brought into the sheIter.
